Our founder has taken four of his companies' public and has significant experience helping other entrepreneurs take their own company public to raise capital, complete acquisitions and increase their business valuation. His clients have generated more than $10 billion in shareholder wealth, and we believe the process, strategies and outcomes are repeatable.

We're looking for people who can connect with entrepreneurs. You'll learn why some entrepreneurs should take their company public, who our ideal prospect is, the advantages and disadvantages of being publicly listed, the qualifications to go public, the key steps of the process, three different ways a company can go public, what it really costs, how long it takes, and more.
