Our pre-engagement process

Once an entrepreneur is interested in a discovery call, we schedule a zoom meeting. During our first call, we're looking to determine whether the prospect should take their company public. In most cases, we won’t feel the entrepreneur or business would be a good candidate - and we'll let them know as soon as we reach that conclusion.


We don't want to engage with an entrepreneur who we believe isn't able to capitalize on the advantages of going public, because it's the right thing to do and because our financial upside is largely from equity participation. If we don’t think it makes sense for an entrepreneur or their company, we’ll tell them right away.


When we think there's a fit, we’ll educate the entrepreneur about the real issues, advantages, disadvantages, costs, and timing, to help the entrepreneur (and their team) make a more educated decision. Generally, entrepreneurs are surprised that they can even go public, that they can start the process immediately and that it costs substantially less than they assumed.


If we remain interested in representing an entrepreneur and they determine they’d like us to represent them, we're engaged to plan and manage every aspect of the complex public listing process on their behalf. This includes providing strategic advice, bringing in all third-party professionals such as accountants, lawyers, and others, coordinating government and regulatory filings, managing the steps concurrently and others sequentially, when necessary, to ultimately ensure that the public listing process is smooth, efficient and cost effective.


Since our founder took four of his own companies public and understands the process, steps and strategies necessary to go public, we leverage that experience and knowledge to take clients public.


Once a prospect executes an engagement agreement and remits their engagement fee, we launch!
