Team

Our founder was an analyst for two multi-billion dollar money management firms in New York City, partner at the largest independent investment banking firm in Canada, founder of three publicly traded companies and consultant to many others. He has facilitated nine public listings and is actively managing five more.

Results

We have been involved in initial public offerings, direct public offerings, direct listings and reverse mergers that have enabled entrepreneurs to raise $250+ million in investment capital, complete $100+ million in acquisitions and employ 15,000+ people.

Consulting

In brief, we'll plan and manage every aspect of the otherwise very complex and time consuming process for your company to become publicly traded.

Along the way, we'll position you to solicit friends, family, business associates and extended network to invest the capital needed to grow your business and cover the costs of going public through a private placement or equity crowdfunding. While we don't raise capital, we'll help you through all the steps and for public offerings, we can also manage digital advertising campaigns targeting potential investors.

As we move through and past the initial funding stage, we'll identify all service professionals, including accounting, audit, legal and others. These are all people and firms we've worked with in the past, so we can minimize third-party costs and expedite the entire process.

Fees

You will need $20,000 to $50,000 to start the process. The rest can be financed by your network of investors as explained above. The total cost will typically be between $300,000 and $375,000. If your business is already profitable, we'll consider reducing our fee in exchange for shares. In some cases, we'll accept our entire fee in stock. This could reduce the total cost of your direct listing to $100,000 to $175,000, largely based on accounting and audit specific issues.
