Most Founders & CEOs think their company needs to be a certain age or size to qualify for a public listing, but that's just not true. We've helped startups, and companies with millions in revenue. Any size company can go public. 

But why go public? Generally, entrepreneurs would want to take their company public to recruit talent, raise capital, complete acquisitions and create significant wealth. But they need guidance and professional assistance. 

We provide strategic advice, assemble the professional services team, advise through the transaction and proactively manage the public listing process. In fact, we've played a key role in initial public offerings, direct listings and reverse mergers that have enabled CEOs to create more than $10 billion in shareholder value.

We're interested in working with smart, growth-minded, likeable and coachable entrepreneurs that could benefit from a public listing. 

Our business development role is for people who'd like to proactively connect with entrepreneurs, educate them on the benefits of taking their company public and schedule a Zoom call for those who would like to learn more.

Your compensation can be significant and is uncapped but will be based entirely on your performance. There is no base pay for this role.
